Quality management

Since it was established, Q-Mass has built a Quality focus into all of its manufacturing and business processes. Through input and feedback from machine operators, inspectors, customers, suppliers etc. its business processes and methods are continually being reviewed and improved. The philosophy that all quality problems are avoidable and that the same problem or error should never happen twice, means that improvements are incorporated into business processes at every opportunity.

In order to establish the foundation for high Quality performance and continuous improvement it was necessary to develop a culture for getting it Right First Time and to create an environment where changes are encouraged and welcomed. This combined with the appropriate levels of 'in process' and 'final' inspection ensures that the final product is consistently manufactured with the customer’s requirements met or exceeded.

All of the business improvement processes are documented and regularly audited in line with our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
