Implementing the 5s Lean Manufactureing principals;

Sort - Set in order - Shine - Standardise - Sustain

We have used the 5s system to optimise productivity through maintaining an orderly workplace and using visual cues, such as the Kanban system invented and developed by Toyota, to achieve more consistent and efficient operational results.  We endevour to drive out waste from the manufacturing process, improve our products and services as well as lowering costs.
